Port of London rubber stamp

Rubber stamp with metal block marked ‘TOP’ but missing handle. The stamp reads ‘PORT DUES PAID OUT @’. From the materials and use of sans-serif font I would suggest 1920s-40s. It was probably used by the Port of London Authority to record money paid by vessels moored in the Thames or the docks.
